Iron Men's Group Leadership

Our emphasis for 2019 is Hope for Growth. We're turning up the throttle of potential as we work to connect the men of Crossroads for the purpose of encouragement, spiritual challenge and opportunities for service.

 

It’s our goal to organize an army of men to impact the growth of our church family. If every man understood the power of one, it would change our entire outlook on how we do church. You can make a huge difference!

 

As men we’re constantly in need of encouragement as we struggle with the draining problems of life. It’s never been God’s intention that we do life alone. The Iron Men's Gathering is designed to bring us together to mentor, inform, inspire and present practical ministry opportunities. We need meaningful, spiritual relationships to develop us into the men God wants us to be. We need each other as iron sharpens iron.
